As a Final Touch Cleaning Service employee you will have the opportunity to work independently or on a team. You’ll be able to experience what it’s like to have an employer that’s walked in your shoes. The Final Touch Owners started out cleaning and still do. We’ll provide all the professional equipment and supplies, and you’ll never have to worry about any of the burdens or liabilities associated with being a sub-contractor.
We are committed to working with you and our clients to provide the most fluid schedule. Technically, in the beginning your hours are not guaranteed, but rest assured you’ll have ample work as you move up in rank. Our cleaners are protected by our no-show and late cancellation policy, so you’ll be compensated if you show up to a home or office and aren’t able to work. We hire in-house and all promotions are executed appropriately.
The Final Touch Cleaning Service only hires professional experienced cleaners. We are not looking for someone who just needs or wants a job. In fact most of our current employees have been with us for years! We are seeking professional cleaning specialist that take pride in their work and are looking to partner with a growing, yet stable corporation. All employees must have their own transportation, current drivers license and insurance. Potential employees are subject to a background check and need at least 3 professional cleaning references before hiring.
Compensation.
In the beginning. You will receive on-the-job training. Even though you’re a professional we’ve been doing this for 30 years and The Final Touch has certain expectations. We want to ensure that we are on the same page. Actual training time may vary.
Your pay. Your pay scale will depend on your level of expertise. Our cleaning specialist’s pay can range from $9.50-$14.00 per hour. We offer client retention & referral bonuses. The Final Touch is committed to your goals as well as ours. We believe that our employees must be compensated competitively and treated fairly. We will offer you a complete benefits package when you decide to join our team.
